Welcome to The Spirit Moves, a Center for the Healing and Expressive Arts. The Spirit Moves was founded to be a beautiful home to facilitators of movement and other expressive arts. Our goal is to help people connect with their creativity, their passion, their joy ~ as a conduit for healing and growth.

Our last day will be August 31, 2008. The studio will transfer to new management on September 1. I am excited to announce that Kathy Forrester, known in the Belly Dance world as Sabine, will be taking over the studio, and moving all of her classes there. I will post contact information shortly, as she would like to maintain the studio's availability to other instructors.

Thank you to so many people who have given their support, love, and energy to making The Spirit Moves happen for the past 2 years. I believe we have fulfilled our mission.
